We teamed up with Sweden's Duckpond Brewing and Melbourne's Pours Cocktails to brew this boozy sour. Based on the 1800s classic Clover Club cocktail, this beer balances sweet raspberry, zingy lemon and a dash of salt and lactose to enhance body and flavour.
