A traditional German-style pale lager; clean, smooth, and crisp, with subtle hops and an always-refreshing finish. No wonder it's been the typical fest bier since the 1900s | ABV 4.5%
'NJARALA' NATIVE BOTANICAL LAGER
A collaborative creation with our good mates, Jarrah Boy. This light and refreshing brew features karkalla alongside desert and sunrise limes. A thought-provoking beer showcasing native ingredients, foraged on Country | ABV 4%
VIENNA LAGER
Bready, rich malt flavours balance classic German hops in this traditional European full-strength amber lager. Community keg: $1 of every pint sold goes to support Noah's Ark Children's Home | ABV 5.2%
CHOCOLATE LAGER
We started with a traditional German black lager base and unleashed a load of cacao nibs post-ferment. The little choccy kick perfectly complements the robust, roasted malt base, yielding a full-bodied and intricately layered lager | ABV 5.0%
Driven by New World hops, this zesty, hoppy pale ale boasts a refreshing finish. Perfect for any occasion | ABV 4.8%
WEEZY'S CALI COMMON
Crafted by brewer Weezy, this ale is fermented warm with lager yeast, mirroring the traditional Californian approach. It boasts a delightful blend of toasty caramel malt and woody, minty hop notes | ABV 5.0%
WEIZEN
This German-style wheat beer has been brewed as traditionally as possible, boasting soft wheat flavour with hints of clove and banana | ABV 5.5%
ECO PROJECT AMERICAN STRONG ALE
A style rarely seen in Australia - this US Strong Ale has been brewed as traditionally as possible. Big, chewy malt character is perfectly balanced by firm bitterness, courtesy of Australian-grown hops. Another entry into our Eco Project range made with the environment in mind | ABV 7.9%
IPA
The newest addition to our core range, the West Coast IPA. This baby is crisp and bitter, a perfect balance of zesty citrus and resinous pine | ABV 6.0%
ECO PROJECT FRESH HOP IPA
Are you even a craft brewery if you don't brew a fresh hop beer every year?! We've loaded the whirlpool up with 20kg of freshly harvested, certified sustainable Victoria hop cones from our good friends at Ryefield Hops, before dry hopping with Ryefield Victoria and Chinook. Sticky, green and piney hop notes with hints of citrus and stone fruit | ABV 6.2%
ECO PROJECT GIN BOTANICAL SOUR
The third instalment in our Eco Project series, a sour crafted with regenerative organic grain, sustainable hops and locally propagated yeast. For a unique twist, we've infused this brew with over 200kg of spent gin botanicals from renowned Melbourne distilleries (Imbue, That Spirited Lot, Patient Wolf, and Bass & Flinders) for a refreshing brew that is both eco-conscious and full of flavour | ABV 4.5%

Brewed for the Herb & Chilli Festival, this lively and refreshing brew combines the sweetness of ripe peaches with a zesty lime kick, all balanced with a subtle hint of chilli heat | ABV 4.0%

With just the right amount of sweetness and tartness, our pink grapefruit seltzer is just as refreshing as it sounds. CAN ONLY | ABV 4.5%

A zesty and refreshing mix of blood orange and ginger - perfect for those who like a spicy kick with a citrusy twist. CAN ONLY | ABV 4.0%
FINGER LIME & LEMON MYRTLE SELTZER
Native finger limes and lemon myrtle combine to create an explosion of citrus flavour. We're throwing it back to our childhood summers spent sipping lemon-lime icy poles. CAN ONLY | ABV 4.0%
KAKADU PLUM SELTZER
Kakadu has long been used by First Nations Peoples for its vast medicinal benefits. We've harnessed its amazing sour taste to produce a seltzer that is a perfect balance of sweet and tart. CAN ONLY | ABV 4.0%
